
Anthony’s focus is on legal matters related to work and the workplace for employers and employees alike.
Anthony generally advises in the areas of labour and employment, dealing with issues union and non-union alike. This includes health and safety issues and human rights concerns. He has also acted to impose and oppose restrictive covenant enforcement on numerous occasions.
In addition, he has assisted clients in shareholder disputes and resolving broader contractual issues. Anthony also advises municipalities in the enforceability and enforcement of bylaws.
Anthony has taught courses in workplace law at MacEwan University and regularly presents to third parties on issues related to their workplace.
