Julie advises businesses, non-profit organizations, lenders and borrowers in transactions and in day-to-day operations.
She provides general corporate advice to a variety of organizations in the private and public sectors. She also advises lenders and borrowers in matters related to commercial financing transactions.
Her experience includes advising clients in the context of complex financing and leasing arrangements. Julie also practices in the area of wills and estates and in residential and commercial real estate.
Julie holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She joined the firm in 2013 as an articling student. In law school she worked as a summer student with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta, and with the Office of the Legislative Counsel at the Government of Alberta.
