Victor is the Leader of Reynolds Mirth’s Financial Team with over 35 years of experience assisting clients with complex and high stakes matters.
He carries on a practice which includes complex real estate transactions, project structuring and development issues, loan and security placement, commercial lending, syndicated loan, club deal and floor plan financing.
Victor has published articles in the Alberta Law Review relating to problems involving non-profit associations and has presented seminars and courses of interest to those involved in the banking, construction and development industry.
