Raya obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. During Law School, she worked as a caseworker and day leader at Student Legal Services’ Civil and Family Project.
Following graduation, Raya clerked at Alberta Court of Justice before joining Reynolds Mirth to complete her articles.
Outside of the office, Raya enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, attending live music events, and spending time with her dog.
