Cheque Payments

If you would like to make payment by cheque, please make it payable to Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP (or RMRF LLP) and clearly write in the amount you wish to pay. Please either list the statement number(s) you are paying or the Matter ID on the memo line at the bottom. You can drop the cheque off at our office or mail it to the address noted above.

EFT/Wire/Direct Deposits

If you would like to send payment by EFT/Wire/Direct Deposit, please either contact your lawyer, legal assistant or our office at and we will provide you with our bank account information.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments for statements/invoices can be made through our secure online payment service. To start the payment process, click the “Pay Now” button below.

Once your account information has been verified, you will be directed to our payment portal where you can see any statements that may currently be unpaid as well as make payment.

By clicking “I DON’T KNOW MY STATEMENT/MATTER NUMBER” directly below the ‘Next’ button, you will be directed to our basic payment page. This is where you will go if:

– you do not know your Statement Number and Matter ID,

– you are making payment towards multiple files,

– the system is unable to locate your account.

If you are having any issues pulling up your Statement/Matter ID, please contact us at, provide us with your account details and we will provide you with a personalized payment link for your account.

Please note that Trust account payments and retainers cannot be paid via the link below. This is for payment of statements/invoices only. Please contact your lawyer or their legal assistant directly for more details on your trust account/retainer payment options.

All online payments are processed through our credit card payment provider, LawPay. We do not store nor have access to any of the personal information, including credit card information, you submit through our website. Please see our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.

NEW: Please note that we have updated our credit card payment page. You will now require your Statement Number and Matter ID (do not include the letters at the end) to pay by credit card. These numbers are located on the top right-hand corner of your statement.
