Hamza obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in Business Economics and Business Law from the University of Alberta and his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During Law School Hamza was on several executive teams including the Osgoode Muslim Law Students Association, the Osgoode International Law Society, and the Osgoode Advocacy Society. He also served as Vice President on both the Osgoode Emerging Technology Association, and the Osgoode Legal and Literary Society and as President of the Osgoode Charity Law Club. Hamza was an Interpreter for the Community and Legal Aid Services Program.
In his free time Hamza enjoys watching soccer, cricket and hockey, spending time with family, and is an avid traveler
