We are seeking an intermediate to senior level commercial real estate paralegal to join our team of conveyancers. As the ideal candidate you will possess:

  • A minimum of four years of hand-on experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
  • A high degree of initiative and self-motivation as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a proven ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Core technical skills in keyboarding speed, grammar, spelling, accuracy and proofreading
  • Ability to manage volumes of work in an orderly and efficient way, adjusting to situations as they arise
  • Strong understanding of commercial transactions, processes and documentation;
  • Experience with all due diligence searches
  • APPRES accreditation an asset
