Nancy has many years of experience assisting businesses in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
Nancy carries on a corporate commercial practice, focusing on corporate and other reorganizations, as well as general ongoing corporate and business legal matters that typically arise in the operation of a business, whether operated by a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or non-profit entity. She has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes intellectual property law components primarily in the area of trademark law and has been a registered Trademark Agent in Canada since 1991.
Nancy has taught at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in the area of Real Estate Transactions since 2006.
