Her portfolio of experience includes representing and advising an Alberta-based software company in the sale of its shares to a strategic buyer, acting for a number of insurance brokerages in Western Canada in connection with their sale to strategic buyers; and acting for an Alberta-based artificial intelligence company in its sale to an international acquiror.
