Breanne’s practice focuses primarily on utility regulatory proceedings involving electricity, natural gas and water, as well as other utility-related matters.

She regularly appears before the Alberta Utilities Commission in utility rate cases on behalf of residential, small business, municipal and other end-use customers. She also acts in facilities proceedings before the Commission on behalf of municipalities and other impacted landowners and appears before the courts in statutory appeals of administrative decisions.

In addition, Breanne advises clients on a wide range of utility-related issues, including regulatory compliance and the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework, she provides practical, strategic advice to clients navigating complex utility regulatory issues.
