Case is building a general litigation practice with a focus on public law, including administrative boards and tribunals, constitutional law, and judicial review. He is motivated by a belief that the best client outcomes arise when the law is made clear and simple. Case often assists other lawyers with complex research and drafting.
To further his aim of clarifying the law, Case recently obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law, a master’s degree in law from the University of Oxford. During his time in Oxford, Case focused on public law and legal theory. Prior to joining the firm, Case clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal in Calgary. During law school, Case was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Alberta Law Review and worked as a writing fellow.
In his spare time Case enjoys reading, playing chess and running.
