Hannah’s practice includes corporate and commercial law, employment matters, municipal law, real estate, and wills and estates.
She works primarily with small and medium-sized businesses and family enterprises, offering support across a wide range of needs, from succession arrangements to assisting with business sales, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Hannah has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. While completing her JD at the University of Alberta, she was an editor with the Alberta Law Review and mentored first-year law students. With a background in editing and creative writing, she brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to her legal practice.
Outside of law, Hannah enjoys learning languages (she speaks conversational Korean and is currently studying French, Mandarin Chinese, and Dutch), playing video games, and working on home renovation projects.
