John Paul is a solicitor with extensive experience in construction contracts, commercial financing, commercial real estate (including shopping centre developments) and the purchase and sale of businesses and companies.
His construction law practice involves providing advice to a large international general contractor in respect to construction contracts for a variety of projects including public-private partnerships (P3s) and large industrial projects. John Paul has provided advice on a large number of P3 projects in a number of jurisdictions, including Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Nunavut, New Brunswick, Florida and Australia.
John Paul is also a former lecturer for the Alberta Bar Admission Course.
