Although Rick is frequently called upon for high stakes complex corporate, commercial and organizational matters he continues to assist businesses and organizations of all sizes and on matters of all complexities.
With a wealth of knowledge acquired over more than 40 years, Rick has extensive experience in sophisticated transactions of various kinds including acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and corporate reorganizations.
His practice spans the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to providing advice to businesses, health care corporations and educational institutions regarding ongoing contracts, credit issues, planning, technology and policy issues, Rick has a significant practice in the resolution of shareholder and partnership disputes.
He has been a frequent lecturer to business and professional audiences and has published several articles on corporate and commercial law. Rick is also the author of a text book on shareholders agreements, and is currently working on a third edition.
