ABC or 123 – Deciding between a Named Alberta Corporation and a Numbered Alberta Corporation
Zoë is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s joint MBA/JD program and joined Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP as an articling student in July 2022.
Zoë came to Reynolds Mirth with experience in solicitor’s work in the corporate and commercial setting. In the final term of her MBA, she completed a Capstone project which focused on succession planning for an Ontario construction company. Zoë is also interested in expanding her experience in litigation, construction law, administrative law, and media law.
In law school, Zoë was the president of the Energy Law Club, and co-founded the Big Brothers Big Sisters Boys and Girls Club Mentorship Program for the Faculty of Law. She also previously played on the Faculty of Law hockey team.
Outside of work, Zoë keeps busy camping, pursuing outdoor adventures, and spending time with her husband and three children.
