Service Alberta announced today the Nominating Authority under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act (“PPCLA”).

It is our understanding that there are already some adjudications that are underway or which have been decided by adjudicators. Still, there will be much to learn about the process and the participant’s experience as time goes on and more industry members utilize the process.
