Reynolds Mirth is thrilled to announce that and Ben Throndson and Maddison Croden have joined the partnership!
Ben Throndson
Ben’s practice has mainly focused on litigation work for municipal, banking, and post-secondary clients. Ben particularly enjoys litigation involving real estate issues, including foreclosure work, Land Title issues (such as restrictive covenants and caveats), and boundary/plan of survey corrections. He also maintains an active interest in real estate transactions and enjoys assisting municipal and private clients alike with the acquisition and sale of land. In this part of his practice, Ben especially likes to help clients negotiate and close transactions in a way that achieves their goals and mitigates their risk.
Maddison Croden
Maddison’s practice involves media and defamation law, privacy law, employment law, and professional regulatory law. She also assists a number of regulatory bodies, providing advice on regulatory issues, interpretation of legislation, and representing clients in disciplinary hearings. Maddison coaches the Wilson Moot, a constitutional law appellate moot, at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law and often presents to clients and the legal community on issues relating to her practice.
Congratulations Ben and Maddison!
