Mark it on the Calendar: Key Dates and Tasks for Alberta Corporations
Zoë is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s joint MBA/JD program and joined Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP as an articling student in July 2022.
Zoë came to Reynolds Mirth with experience in solicitor’s work in the corporate and commercial setting. In the final term of her MBA, she completed a Capstone project which focused on succession planning for an Ontario construction company. Zoë continues to complete transactional and corporate reorganization work, including business purchase and sales, residential real estate and new business incorporation.
Zoë continues to draw on her experience in law school, including as president of the Energy Law Club, as well as her MBA, to build relationships with business owners and help them navigate the legal aspects of their organization. She is happy to advise both large and small business owners on the legal issues that arise in their day-to-day operations.
When Zoë is not working, she can be found spending time with friends and family, curled up with a book, or generally enjoying the great outdoors.
